A native Oregonian, Brooke moved from Portland to Eugene in ’06 to finish her marketing degree. Shortly after her move, Brooke was introduced to cycling by a friend who competed on a local women’s team. It was not long before Brooke was mixing it up herself at the local women’s races. In 2007 Brooke took a marketing position at Rolf Prima, a local manufacture of high-end bicycle wheels; pairing a personal interest with her career. "Bicycling is a sport, a career and practical way to commute...three reasons for my advocacy" says Brooke.

Dwan founded nationally recognized Co-Motion Cycles in 1988 where his leadership provides a constant source of learning and personal reward. Ever since Dwan surprised his parents by fully disassembling and reassembling his very first bicycle at age 5, his fascination with all things "bike" has never waned.
Eugene's magnetic status as cycling Mecca pulled Dwan here in 1981, and while he believes this community is one of the world's best for cycling, only hard work will continue to make it better.
Bill began his career in the Navy Seabees and served in Vietnam. He worked at local bike shop in Eugene while attending the U of O from ’73 to ’77. Bill was an area manager for an auto parts store with 124 stores in Texas and Oklahoma. Returning to Eugene in 1990.
“To return to the bike business in my later years has been very rewarding. I think the bicycle is the way of the future in many respects. It brings fitness and well being while saving money and supporting the local economy. It is of great benefit to our country and the air we breathe. “But the best thing of all it taking a nice long ride out in the country on a beautiful day and enjoy the beauty that is so rich in Oregon.

Though never successful competitively, Dwan still joins an occasional bike race. "The most important thing to do on a bicycle is to enjoy it", Dwan states. To that end, he enjoys the Fern Ridge path on his daily commute, brisk rides with friends or tandem rides with his wife and daughter around the beauty and sometimes challenging terrain of Oregon.
